ada seminar lagi

hari ni ada seminar lagi. tak abis-abis dengan seminar. hahaha. kali ni pulak, seminar Bahasa Inggeris. nama seminar kali ni ialah Academic Excellence Workshop untuk SPM English 1119. penceramah kami pulak ialah guru dari sekolah kami sendir, cikgu Jimmy Then. seminar ini berlaku pada pukul 7.30 sampai 9.30 di bilik mesyuarat. memang sejuk la dalam tu. hehehe.


dia terangkan tips-tips untuk paper 2 dulu dalam bahagian information transfer dan comprehension iaitu:

  • spelling must be correct (information transfer)
  • use of small/capital letters must be correct (information transfer)
  • answer should be short as possible (information transfer)
  • no need to answer in complete sentences (information transfer & comprehension)
  • intelligent copying from the stimulus is allowed
  • answer all questions
  • if you don't know the answer, make a guess (comprehension)
  • do not copy more than relevant sentence(s)
  • remember to change the pronouns (comprehension)

untuk summary, poems and novel, dan writing (paper 1) pulak ialah:

  • read the question carefully
  • look for at least 10 points and includes all points given (summary and writing)
  • only change the sentences of you are very sure
  • write in one paragraph (summary)
  • use the 10 words given (summary)
  • all sections are important
  • know your poems and novel well (poems and novel)
  • do not copy from extracts, provide textual evidence (poems and novel)
  • write a draft (summary and writing)
  • give personal response (poems and novel)
  • know the format you are writing (writing)
  • decides how many elaborations are needed (writing)
  • avoid errors as much as possible



lepas habis tu, kami pun sambung la sesi persekolahan macam biasa. hehe
